Los Angeles Clippers sign Ronny Turiaf to 1-year deal

The Los Angeles Clippers have signed forward Ronny Turiaf to a one-year contract worth the veteran's minimum of $1.1 million, a league source confirmed to ESPN The Magazine's Chris Broussard.

Turiaf split last season between the Miami Heat and Washington Wizards, averaging 3.0 points and 4.1 rebounds in 17 games. The seven-year veteran appeared in 12 postseason contests during Miami'schampionship run.

The 6-foot-10 Turiaf figures to provide frontcourt bench depth for the Clippers, who also signed reserve center Ryan Hollins on Monday.
